THE SIGHT

   We are human beings capable of practice makes perfect as the saying goes. Though, often times we love skyscrapers without firm foundations and when they fall in the future, we blame it on the materials and everything that helps us numb the guilt.    When you look closely though, signs are all over the place. Its like God is trying to show you something and the universe is clearly pointing it to you. Your instinct playing the loyal friend while you brush it off and hush it to silence. This is the part we all play blind. Funny, the ability to pretend not to see with eyes wide open. We seem to have mastered that too. We ought to acknowledge the fact that delayed preparation leads to delayed results. Same to the prayers we say but are not prepared enough to receive them.   We want to become what we have only created theoretically with a lot of procrastination spiced up by inconsistency and dreamland is our best place to reside. Working is as good as practic...

     We all have those “us” who are visible to the eyes of people and then those “us” who can only be seen by our own eyes alone and our creator. Our own eyes are usually suppressed by society’s lay out format of living, expressing ideas, and voicing inner thoughts, history made by our own heroes, our own kinsmen mindsets and our ignorance too, plays a big role. We are convinced of how beauty, genius, success and many others should look like. We move steadily on motivational words, foundations, said and set respectively, by those before us and take them to heart. We forget that these individuals were also discovering themselves, navigating life like many of us. They were on a journey they did not know where it would lead them, it was an experience. Those, whose experience, is meant to take us out, sometimes keeps us guarded and acts as a limitation. Now, we have chosen  to watch  from the sidelines.
